Pleasanton Unified School District 344 is a 2a school located in Pleasanton, KS.  The district is composed of two main buildings, with the elementary, junior high, and high school joined as one building. 

The second building, named the Annex, is located just east of the grade school one block, and houses pre-school and kindergarten classes.  In addition, the central office is located in the Annex.

Pleasanton is situated on US highway 69, directly south of Kansas City 60 miles.  Pleasanton is home to over 1300 residents and was founded in 1869.  The city was named after General Pleasonton.
