Your Lady Jays are the Linn County Tournament champions! They left no doubt by beating Jayhawk 41-13 tonight. In their three tournament games, your Lady Jays outscored their opponents 119-59. This puts their record at 4-0 going into Christmas break. Congratulations, ladies!

Your varsity Blu-Jays matched up against Prairie View this evening. The boys played a close game throughout but ended up on the losing side of a 50-55 score. The Lady Jays got a lead and kept it eventually winning by the score of 41-26. Congrats, ladies.
Your JV boys and girls Blu-Jays faced off against Prairie View tonight. Both games were hard-fought. However, the Blu-Jays came up on the short side of the score in both games.

The varsity boys hosted Kansas City Christian tonight in their first game of the year. The boys played hard and hustled throughout. However, the opponents were too much as they outscored your Blu-Jays 35-70. They will be back in action Tuesday night in Osawatomie.
Your JV girl Blu-Jays matched up with Kansas City Christian tonight. In a closely contested game with a lot of hustle, your Blu-Jays were slightly edged out by the score of 18 - 23. Keep working, ladies.
The varsity basketball girls played host to Kansas City Christian this evening. The girls started a little slow with this being their first game, but soon put it all together. Your Blu-Jays spoiled Kansas City Christian’s night and came away the victors by the score of 36-18.
The JV boys played Heritage Christian tonight in their first game of the season. They played hard and fought the whole way but came out on the short end of a 23-43 score.
