The Blu-Jays volleyball team traveled to St. Mary’s-Colgan today for Sub-State play. In their first match, they played fourth-seeded Erie. The first set was we were outscored 14-25, and the second we dropped 18-25. Congrats on your hard-fought play throughout the year, ladies.
Regional Cross Country Results:
Rees Chapman and DJ Meik participated in the Regional cross country meet at Central Heights today. Rees ran a personal best time of 28:51.20, and DJ ran a seasonal best of 20:34.93. Neither advanced to state, but both finished the season strong.
A HUGE congrats go out to the Blu-Jays players and coaching staff tonight. They pulled of a MONSTER win against Central Heights 20-7. I believe this ensures a home playoff game next week. When brackets are finalized, I will post who and when we play! Outstanding performance!!!
Just a reminder to all Seniors and their parents, there will be a financial aid representative in the PHS library at 6 pm. This is made available for all seniors to gather information .

In football news, the JV Blu-Jays hosted the Northeast Vikings tonight. There was much action, but the ball didn't bounce Pleasanton's way. In the last JV game of the season, the NE Vikings took the win.
In their final match of the tournament, the Lady Blu-Jays fall to Osawatomie by scores of 10-25, 15-25
In their 3rd match of the day at the Osawatomie Tournament, the Lady Blu-Jays defeated KC Christian in straight sets 27-25, 26-24.
In their second match of the tournament, the Lady Blu-Jays fall to Bishop Ward.
In their first match of the Osawatomie Volleyball Tournament today, the varsity Lady Blu-Jays fall to Jeff County North in straight sets.
